It’s not only important to protect your website from hackers and malware that can take your site down and severely effect your Google rankings but it’s also important to keep the tools in the site updated and to make sure the site is running smooth and fast. This takes all the worry away from you so you can focus on and grow your business!
Everything that is mentioned below is included in my monthly Website Maintenance Plan. I make sure that each month your site is protected, updated, maintained, and backed up.

Hosting is the foundation of your website. Security, performance, optimization and ease of use all depend on it. I offer premium hosting for all our clients so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
WEBSITE UPDATES
Just like your phone has software updates, your website needs to be updated too. Additionally, out-of-date plugins are the #1 leading cause of website hacks. I take care of weekly updates for you.
MONITORING & SECURITY
I have special tools that monitor your sites’ traffic and activity, protect against potential hacks or breaches and keep an eye on “up time” to ensure your site is up and running fine.
WEBSITE BACKUPS
Backing up your website consistently is critical for many reasons but most importantly, if the site should need to be restored, transferred, or downloaded, I offer external backups and restore points for all clients on my plans.
WEBSITE OPTIMIZATION
For websites to load fast, perform well and to ensure speed, the files, database, and media need to be optimized. I have special tools that keep your site optimized and running smoothly along with cleaning up all “web gunk.”
MONTHLY REPORTING
You shouldn’t have to try to determine what’s going on via your site. I take care of that for you with an in-depth (but not overwhelming) monthly report which also highlights what I’m doing month to month on your site.

You as a client get priority support. I will set up exclusive contact details for you to ping me with whenever you need an update, addition or when you have any questions, and I do my best to get back with you within 24hrs on business days.

Maintenance Plan FAQ’s
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DECLINE YOUR PLAN?
It is completely your choice if you decline the maintenance plan.
Below are the main reasons to have your website maintained:
- Your website will not be optimized which leads to slow loading times, poor performance, and a gradual decline in your Google SEO rankings.
- Your website’s plugins, themes, tools, and WordPress itself will quickly go out of date which is the leading cause of websites getting hacked.
- You will have no backups so if your website is breached or hacked, you could lose all your content, pages, and Google SEO ranking.
- You will not get a monthly report showing your site traffic, page views, along with other data.
ARE THERE ANY SETUP OR CANCELLATION FEES?
There are no cancellation fees.
If I am building or redesigning your site, there is no setup fee if you opt for the maintenance plan from the beggining of the project.
If it’s been more than six months since I built your site or if you have made changes to the site since I built it within those six months, there is a $149 setup fee.
If I didn’t build your site, the setup fee starts at $149. Contact me to get a quote on a setup fee.
WHAT IF MY WEBSITE GETS HACKED ETC. WHILE ON THE PLAN?
If your site should get compromised while you are on the plan, I will take care of cleaning the site and get it back to where it was before along with getting everything squared away with Google at no extra cost to you.
HOW FAST DO YOU GET TO THE MONTHLY UPDATES?
As a maintenance plan client, you will always get first priority as to those clients who are not on the plan. If you have a plan that includes the bonus hour(s) update, I try to get to the updates within 24-48hrs.
WHAT IF MY UPDATES REQUIRE MORE THAN THE HOURS INCLUDED IN MY PLAN?
I will always try to get your updates completed within the hours of your plan to save you some extra expenses but if you have a good number of updates that will require more hours to work on, I will give you an estimate of time and do that at my reduced hourly rate.
DOES MY MONTHLY UPDATE TIME ROLL OVER?
If your plan includes extra bonus hour(s), they are just covered for that month.
